  • You may apply at Port of entry or at an IRCC Office

  • Refugee claims are dealt by Immigration Refugee Board of Canada

  • To come to Canada as a Refugee, you must be referred by below organization:

    • The United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR), a designated referral organization, or

    • a private sponsorship group can refer you.
